Sizing Guide

Jacked Up Insoles:

Our insoles follow standard US sizing and fit most closed-toe footwear. Each kit includes a pair of full-length insoles plus heel lifts in 4mm, 8mm, 12mm, and 16mm — mix and match to achieve your prescribed correction.

If you're between sizes, order the larger size. The insoles can be trimmed for a custom fit.

Sandals & Slides:

Our sandals and slides are manufactured in 4mm height increments. When ordering, select the lift height for your shorter leg only — your other foot receives a standard flat sole.

For example, if your right leg is 12mm shorter than your left, order the right side with a 12mm lift.

If you're unsure of your exact leg length discrepancy, consult your chiropractor or orthopedic specialist before ordering.
